Welcome to XLR8 Port Aransas
Island life, lifted.
Strength & conditioning is a style of training focused on helping you get stronger, move better, and feel more capable in everyday life. Workouts are coach-led, thoughtfully programmed, and fully scalable for all fitness levels.
We use functional movements like squatting, lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying to build strength, improve endurance, and support long-term health — so you can stay active, confident, and capable in daily life.

At XLR8 Port Aransas, we deliver structured strength and conditioning that's coached, scalable, and designed for real life. Whether you're brand new or experienced, every workout is taught and adjusted to help you move better and feel stronger.
No pressure. No egos. Just good training and a supportive community.

Comfortable workout clothes, athletic shoes, water, and a good attitude. That’s it.
Completely normal. And you’re not alone. Our goal is to make this a place where you feel comfortable, supported, and proud of yourself for showing up.
Nope. Class is an hour long, not the workout. Class will include a warm-up, a mix of strength, skill, or mobility work, and the workout — the order can change. We mix things up (no repeat workouts) and spend time learning and re-learning movements every day. It's important to have the space to check in, connect, and train together. We’re here to work hard and be a community.
